Your insurance might pay a portion of your fee for counseling sessions, using your mental health benefits.  You might also have Employee Assistance Plan or Member Assistance Plan benefits that provide a few sessions at no cost to you.  Call the number on the back of your card to verify your specific benefits.

Insurance accepted: Most forms of Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare.  We will verify whether I am in-network for your specific plan, as these can vary within the same insurance provider.

I am NOT in-network with any exchange/healthcare.gov plans. They seem to have a separate network of their own.

Payment options: We offer several payment options to suit your needs. We accept cash or check, as well as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit and debit cards.

Discount available when you prepay for three sessions out-of-pocket. Not available for use with insurance benefits.
